AlphaTracker is an automated signal data platform that provides market analysis, research tools, and algorithmic trading signals. The platform is designed for informational and educational purposes only. AlphaTracker is not a regulated financial institution, investment advisor, or broker.

2. No Financial Advice

AlphaTracker does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or personalized recommendations. All signals and analysis are generated by automated algorithms for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions made using AlphaTracker.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AlphaTracker only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
  • Transmitting obscene or offensive content
  • Disrupting normal flow of dialogue within the platform
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Reproducing or distributing copyrighted content without permission

4. Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are charged on the billing cycle you select. Subscription will continue automatically unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not issued for partially used billing periods.

5. Account Termination

AlphaTracker reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Termination may occur for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment of fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaTracker and its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes losses resulting from trading decisions, system downtime, or inaccurate signals.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved under Dutch law.

8. Jurisdiction

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands for any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of AlphaTracker.
